Pillars of Horizon

“Pillars of Horizon” is a sculptural meditation on balance and openness. Four modular wooden forms rise one upon the other, each hollowed with soft, elliptical apertures that invite light to pass through. The negative spaces are as important as the solid wood—creating a dialogue between mass and void, strength and lightness.

The rhythm of repetition gives the column a totemic presence, echoing both modernist minimalism and ancient monoliths. Standing tall yet porous, it acts as a vertical anchor in contemporary interiors, guiding the eye upward while softening the rigidity of architectural lines.
