Flowing through the composition are individually set bead trails in warm stone and ochre tones, creating a sense of rhythm and movement across the surface. Cast iron circular motifs, finished in an antique brass and bronze patina, introduce structure and contrast, anchoring the organic elements within a refined geometric language.

Designed as a site-specific, one-of-one commission, the artwork is mounted on reinforced lightweight panels with concealed anchoring for longevity and stability. Carefully planned warm lighting enhances shadow play and depth, allowing the relief to subtly transform throughout the day while maintaining a quiet, luxurious presence.

Medium: Hand-sculpted relief in plaster/fibreglass blend for wings & bead trails; cast iron circular motifs.

Technique: Carved and micro-tooled wing textures; individually set bead elements in flowing strands; cast and patinated iron rings mechanically anchored to substrate.

Substrate & Mounting: Reinforced lightweight panels with concealed anchors; mechanical fasteners for metal; vibration pads for door-adjacent wall.

Lighting: Warm 3000–3200K wall sconce + ceiling wash to cast soft shadows on relief and create movement.
